Renovation of an existing 14,500 sf interior office space for the County of Los Angeles Assessor. Interior construction includes gutting interior spaces, select structural upgrades, new MEP, and sustainably sourced finishes. Parking garage deck will be seismically strengthened with epoxy coated “fiberwrap”, while ADA compliant parking spaces are added on the ground level. This renovated office space will support the Assessor Department’s mission of providing disaster services and tax assistance to people of Los Angeles County.
