Demolition of multiple abandoned structures in preparation of the Rancho Los Amigos South Campus’s redevelopment. Structure demolition included extensive asbestos abatement and the mothballing of select historically significant structures. Multiple structures were damaged post Contract award by fires and vandalism, which resulted in significant change order cost exposure.
