Harriman Building Renovation, Downey CA
The two-story Harriman Building was constructed in the 1930s and is a combination of Spanish & Mission revival architecture. The building consists of two stories, a basement, and is approximately 75,800 square feet in size. The Harriman building’s interior was mostly demolished and reconstructed, while maintaining key historical defining architectural features. MEP and infrastructure systems for the building were replaced. The renovated use of the building will be OSHPD 3 outpatient clinic care services on the ground floor and administrative/medical support offices on the second floor.
